Technical Expertise of Norms

In accordance with a joint instruction of Minpromenergo of RF and Federal Tariff Service of RF No AD-72/09 dated 16 January 2006 and orders of the Ministry for Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation dated 4-th October 2005:

•          No 265 "About organization in the Minpromenergo of RF of work for approval of norms for technological loss in transmission of heat energy"

•          No 267 "About organization in the Minpromenergo of RF of work for approval of norms for technological loss in transmission of electric energy"

•          No 268 "About organization in the Minpromenergo of RF of work for approval of norms for specific fuel consumption for supplied electric and thermal energy from thermal power stations and boiler plants"

•          No 269 "About organization in the Minpromenergo of RF of work for approval of norms for fuel stock at the thermal power stations and boiler plants "

calculation, expertise and approval of norms is obligatory for an annual assessment of economic validity of tariffs for generation and transmission of the thermal and electric energy (power) for energy supply organizations. Tariff regulating authorities may review and approve tariffs only after approval of norms in the Minpromenergo of RF.

Enizan has the Compliance Certificate to the Requirements to the System of Voluntary Certification of Organizations in the field of Rational Use and Conservation of Energy Utilities (RUCE) as an Experts in Establishing of Norms for Technological Fuel and Energy Loss, Fuel Stocks and Specific Fuel Consumption.

Enizan has the Accreditation at the Fuel and Energy Committee of the Moscow Region Government for providing of the Technical and Financial Expertises of the Energy Supply Organisations. Enizan is a Member of the Non-Commercial Partnership "Self-regulating Regional Organization" Association of Independent Experts of the Housing Communal Complex of the Moscow Region"
